Squad Training Session

 

Due to upcoming Saturday carnivals on in the competition pool and current COVID-19 restrictions there will be some changes to squad training.

 

 

The dates affected are:

 

 

• 31 Oct - Metro North West Area Championships - There will be no training on this day as a majority of SOPAC swimmers will be competing.
• 7 Nov - Metro South West Championships
• 14 Nov - Metro North East Championships
• 21 Nov - DNSW Metropolitan Championships
• 28 Nov - SNSW Junior Metropolitan Championships
• 12 Dec - SNSW Senior State Age Championships

 

 

Transition and Junior competition squads will train in the training pool and must not enter the competition pool arena. Seating will be available on the training pool side opposite the pool duty room.

 

 

State, Age National and the Senior Performance training will be in the competition pool from 6am - 7.25am and everyone will need to exit the pool area by 7.30am. Seating will not be available in the grandstand and we ask that you drop off your child or there will be seating available on the training pool side opposite the Pool Duty Room.

 

 

It is extremely important that all swimmers leave the competition side of the pool by 7.30am.
