With 2 days to go the heats swimmers hit the water with gusto! Well done to all.

• Cooper Portlock; silver men’s 13 - 14 100m backstroke dropping an amazing 2.16 seconds on his PB and 7th men’s 13 - 14 years 400m IM

• Matt Galea; silver 18 & over 400m freestyle - going under 4:00minutes for the first time - amazing!!
• Angus Bolton; 6th 18 & over 400m freestyle

• Skye Arnold; 7th women’s 12 - 13 years 400m freestyle
