SOPAC Swim Club

Today at Open Water NSW the SOPAC team did us proud once more. The weather was average but the performances were outstanding. Special congratulations to Matt Galea and Georgia Platts for earning medals at the event. Well done to our first time junior participants who made it successfully around the 2.5km course. Thanks for Matthew Brown and Ryan for being there to support the team once again.

 

All competitors today were fortunate to attend and compete, with our friends from the Northern Beaches unable to attend and tomorrow's 5km event cancelled due to COVID measures, we know many who have been training hard will be disappointed but we have learned this year that you're extremely resilient and you will excel at your next opportunity to compete.
