The heats sessions saw lots of great swimming by the mighty Team SOPAC! The finals session had us all on the edge of our seats with fabulous individual swims by:

• Declan Quirk: silver medal 16 years 100m Freestyle
• Josh Hertz: silver medal 18 years and over 50m Freestyle
• Matt Wilson: gold medal 100m Breaststroke
• Samson Barisic: bronze 15 years 200m Backstroke
• James Gauci: gold medal 14 years 100m Butterfly

All the relays were so exciting with special mention to the boys tonight who were a force. Congratulations to the following teams:

• Boys 14 years 4 x 50m relay team; gold medal with James, Cooper, Matthew and Marcus /li>
• Boys 16 years 4 x 50 medley relay team ; silver medal with Samson, Haig, Declan and Rieley.

Well done to all swimmers and coaches.
